Referral and Community Partner Terms

Referral rewards are marketing compensation, not investment returns. Referrers and community owners must disclose their relationship and may not promise profits or describe AuricPrime as licensed unless using a current, approved statement.

1. Eligibility and acceptance

These terms supplement the Platform Terms. You must have an eligible, verified account and comply with local marketing, financial-promotion, privacy, tax and sanctions laws. AuricPrime may restrict the program by country, product, community or user category.

2. Attribution

A referral may be attributed through the last valid referral cookie or community link recognised at registration. Attribution is not guaranteed if cookies are blocked, links are altered, the user was already registered or another valid attribution controls. AuricPrime’s auditable records govern absent manifest error.

3. Qualifying rewards

A displayed rate is the rate configured when the qualifying event occurs. Rewards are conditional until the referred user completes the stated verified purchase or contribution and any review/holding period. Rewards may be released to the internal wallet and are subject to payout limits, supported methods, identity checks, fees and tax withholding.

4. Reversals and withholding

We may reject, reverse or withhold a reward resulting from a refund, chargeback, duplicate or circular funding, self-referral, related-party manipulation, fake identity, prohibited location, unlawful marketing, error, abuse, suspicious transaction or breach. We will not withhold a valid reward arbitrarily and will explain the decision where lawful.

5. Promotion rules

Use only accurate, current, approved product and regulatory claims.
Clearly disclose that you may receive compensation.
Present the Risk Disclosure prominently; never guarantee returns, capital, withdrawal timing or “risk-free” income.
Do not impersonate AuricPrime, regulators or licensed firms; bid on protected marks, spam, cold-message without consent, use deceptive countdowns/testimonials, or target minors or vulnerable persons.
Do not give personalised investment, legal or tax advice unless independently authorised.
Do not collect passwords, private keys, seed phrases or user funds on AuricPrime’s behalf.

6. Communities and white-label access

A community owner is an independent participant unless a signed agreement says otherwise. The owner cannot contract for AuricPrime or change slot, wallet, withdrawal or legal terms. Community-specific branding, support, profit shares and payout responsibility will be disclosed in the relevant experience. Owners must protect member data and use it only for authorised community operations.

7. Partner applications

Applicants must provide accurate owner identity, contact and community information. Approval is discretionary, may require diligence and does not create employment, agency, franchise, partnership or territorial exclusivity. Access may be suspended for compliance, inactivity, expiry, security or breach.

8. Taxes and records

You are responsible for invoices, tax registration, reporting and payment obligations on rewards. We may request tax information, keep records and report or withhold as legally required.

9. Changes and termination

We may change prospective rates, eligibility and controls with notice where practicable. A change will not remove a valid reward already earned, except for correction, reversal grounds above or law. Either party may leave the program; provisions on pending reviews, misuse, tax, confidentiality and liability survive.
