Trading, Automation and Virtual-Asset Risks
Effective July 22, 2026
1. No guaranteed return
No bot, slot, risk setting, backtest, live result, screenshot, win rate, ROI, drawdown figure, certificate, referral statement or communication guarantees future performance, capital protection, income or liquidity. A positive historical record can reverse abruptly.
2. Market and leverage risk
Foreign exchange, commodities, indices, derivatives, CFDs and virtual assets can move rapidly. Leverage magnifies gains and losses. Gaps, volatility, correlation changes, news, market closure, liquidation, negative pricing and illiquidity may defeat normal controls or prevent exit.
3. Automated trading risk
Algorithms can repeat an error at speed. Models can be overfit, become obsolete or behave differently in live markets. Incorrect symbols, lot sizes, leverage, permissions, time zones, data or configuration can cause unintended trades. Stop-loss and drawdown logic may fail because of gaps, slippage, rejected orders, latency, disconnection, broker rules or software defects. You must monitor the account and retain an independent way to disable trading.
4. Execution and counterparty risk
Quoted and executed prices may differ. Orders may be partial, delayed, rejected or requoted. Brokers, exchanges, banks, wallet and custody providers can be hacked, become insolvent, freeze accounts, change rules, delist assets or cease operating. AuricPrime does not control those events.
5. Slot and pooled-operation risk
A slot may aggregate operational allocations and calculate participant shares from verified contributions. Participants can be affected by other contributions, timing, account-wide trading, costs, community/system shares, transfers, corrections and withdrawal queues. An internal allocation record is not deposit insurance and may not be a legally segregated trust asset. Regulatory classification can change and may restrict or unwind activity.
6. Virtual assets and blockchain
Virtual assets are volatile and may lack legal-tender status or statutory protection. Transfers are normally irreversible. Wrong addresses, assets or networks, lost keys, forks, smart-contract defects, validator attacks, congestion, sanctions screening and exchange confirmation rules can cause permanent loss or delay. Stablecoins may lose their peg.
7. Wallet and withdrawal risk
The AuricPrime virtual wallet is an internal ledger, not a bank deposit or blockchain wallet. Displayed profit may be unrealised or unavailable. Withdrawals may require settlement, liquidity, verification, compliance review and network processing. An approved request is not complete until funds reach the correct destination.
8. Technology and cyber risk
Hosting, internet, power, VPS, APIs, telemetry, mobile push, email, support chat and third-party systems may fail or be compromised. Notifications may be missing or late. Credentials, devices, broker APIs and destination wallets can be stolen. No security programme eliminates all risk.
9. Data and presentation risk
Dashboards can be delayed, incomplete, estimated, misclassified or later corrected. Demo and live accounts may be presented together only where identified; they are not economically comparable. Gross profit can omit fees, open positions, taxes, shares or prior distributions. Independently verify material information.
10. Legal, tax and regulatory risk
Trading, derivatives, cross-border payments and virtual-asset activities may be licensed, restricted or prohibited. Laws can change without transition, leading to geo-blocking, reporting, asset holds or closure. You are responsible for personal tax and exchange-control duties. AuricPrime’s availability is not legal advice or proof of authorisation.
11. Conflicts and incentives
AuricPrime, system participants, community owners or referrers may receive subscription fees, system/community profit shares or referral rewards. These incentives can create conflicts. Review the exact percentages and do not rely solely on a compensated promoter’s statements.
12. Your confirmation
By proceeding, you confirm that you have read this disclosure, assessed suitability independently, can bear a total loss, understand that withdrawals and profits are not guaranteed, and will not rely on AuricPrime as your fiduciary or personal adviser.
